Graded exercises are suitable for all levels, including post C-section mums. We carefully help you regain tone in the deep muscles of your pelvis, abdomen and back. Each step re-knits the body together with yoga postures and breathing. More dynamic yoga is offered to those who are ready to progress.

Babies are included too, keeping them happy and amused. They love to watch the mums do yoga!

Handouts are included so you can carry on at home.
